About the role
- This position consists of testing billing units on a daily basis.
- Candidate filling this position will also train and supervise daily activities of employees.
- He/She ensures all assigned duties are accomplished safely and in a timely fashion.
Responsibilities
- Calibrates, validates, audits, cleans and guarantees units are good to bill on a daily basis for both Cerritos (EDS systems, IDS/EIDS systems and NSDS systems) and La Mirada (Singulator systems, IDS/EIDS systems and Tilt Tray systems) Facilities.
- Manages Department resources to ensure maximum outputs, accuracy and efficiency at all times
- Ensures all Department employees receives and relay specific information, detail-oriented, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, payroll, entitlement scheduling, compiling and sending reports, proactive coaching to support continued growth.
- Conducts audits of procedures and methods to generate reports/results. Including assisting with building system annuals and mini certifications.
Requirements
- Ability to problem solve and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- The candidate must be experienced in Access, Excel, Word, and, PowerPoint
- Ability to lift over 70lbs and climb ladders and stairs
- Reliable transportation is required
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
- Management experience - Preferred
Compensation
- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
- The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr.
- Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience.
- Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
- Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
