- As Warehouse Manager you'll direct the dedicated team at our new, 1 million-square-foot Columbus warehouse stocked with over 40,000 shipping, industrial and packaging products.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 200+ warehouse employees to deliver legendary customer service and same-day shipping.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety and performance in daily warehouse operations.
Nice to have
- Oversee day to day outbound warehouse operations, including freight, parcel and aisle inventory maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of management experience in a high-volume, 100,000+ square-foot distribution center including hiring, training and motivating a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Performance metrics and warehouse management system (WMS) experience an asset.
Compensation
- Pay from $124,000 to $180,000 per year
