About the role

  • Position: Security Guard Competition Number: CNS 2026-07-17 Location: HRM and Surrounding Areas Reports to: Site Supervisor
  • Please note, some of our sites are unionized work environments.
  • Working Hours: Rotating 8-12-hour shifts, various hours/days of the week.

Requirements

  • Superior attention to detail with very good verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer literacy, and/or an aptitude to learn is an asset

Nice to have

  • Possession of a valid Nova Scotia's Driver's License, or reliable transportation to/from the worksites is preferred
