Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain appropriate professional relationships with clients and staff
- Supports clients emotionally and environmentally for comfort and safety
- Listens, documents, and reports client behavior
- Maintains confidentiality of clients at all time
- Provides encouragement, guidance and support to clients and family members
- Communicates and collaborates with co-workers, clinical staff, and administration in order to deliver the best quality care possible.
- Additionally, the Support Staff provides client supervision and staff/unit support as assigned.
- We are seeking to fill a an immediate Full-Time Support Staff position.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass Background Check
- Must be willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays if needed
- Completes required intake paperwork
