Responsibilities
- Support providers and staff with front office operations
- Help create a calm, fun, kid-friendly experience for patients and parents
Requirements
- Experience with insurance verification, eligibility, and demographics
- Hours: Must be available to work year-round (not seasonal).
- Must be available Monday-Friday, 8am-5:00pm with occasional evening clinics (T,W,Th) 5:00-7:00.
- Must be available to work year-round (not seasonal).
- Prior medical receptionist or medical front office experience
- Comfortable in a fast-paced pediatric environment
- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
Nice to have
- EMR experience preferred
Compensation
- $12k-$30k
