Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain general ledgers and supporting schedules for assigned private equity funds utilizing Investran.
- Perform NAV calculations, prepare investor-level reporting, and conduct management and carried interest computations.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely reporting and prompt resolution of queries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review and validate financial data for accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience with Investran or other accounting software
- Strong understanding of investment fund structures and private markets accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Excel
Compensation
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP, ASPE).
- Support the annual audit and tax processes by liaising with auditors, tax advisors, and clients as required.
