About the role
- The Agent Software and Advertising (ASA) organization at Zillow Group is at the forefront of revolutionizing the real estate industry.
- The ASA Business Data, Product Analytics team sits at the center of Zillow's effort to transform the way we provide marketing and productivity tools to agents.
- As a Business Intelligence Manager on this team, you'll define the measurement strategy for Zillow Pro Platform and other critical ASA products including Zillow Showcase, ShowingTime, Dotloop, Zillow Pro, and other listing marketing and media products.
Responsibilities
- This team plays a critical role in instrumenting key metrics that drive product understanding and prioritization.
- Lead the design and development of business intelligence dashboards and reports that provide clear, timely insight into key performance indicators and operational trends.
- Build, optimize, and document semantic layers, data models, and queries that enable self-service analytics and multi-level reporting across teams.
- Partner with product, operations, finance, and other stakeholders to analyze complex data sets, identify drivers of performance, and recommend data-informed actions.
- Experience designing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data models that support cross-functional stakeholders in a technology, product, or operations-focused environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a closely related field, working with modern BI and data visualization tools.
- Experience querying and transforming data using SQL or comparable query languages and working with structured data from multiple sources.
- Experience collaborating with business and technical teams to define metrics, requirements, and success measures.
Compensation
- In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $98,900.00 - $158,100.00 annually.
- The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
