About the role

We have an opportunity for a talented & ambitious Sr.
Engineer with Overhead (OH) Transmission Line experience to join us as our new Senior Engineer - Transmission Line based in San Diego or surrounding areas.
With you as our new SeniorEngineer, you will play a pivotal role in establishing relationships that go beyond the realm of the project at hand.

B.S. degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
8+ of progressive experience in the civil-structural engineering field along with QA/QC is desired.
Expertise with Power Line Systems software (PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE), MFAD and L-Pile is required.
Professional Engineering (P.E.) registration.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Increase the volume of overhead line work with existing clients.
Assist in marketing, promotion and business development efforts to add new regional clients.
Contribute to project planning, cost estimation and proposal preparation.
Maintain organized records of project decisions and communications.
Structure analysis and foundation design.
Developing design criteria and specifications.
Mentor junior staff.

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $165,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
