Requirements
- Team members are required to work Saturdays as part of their regular schedule.
- ASE Service Advisor Certification a plus, but not required.

- AAA Club Alliance is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to be the connection point between our customers and our skilled in-shop technicians.
- In this role, you'll guide customers through the repair process with confidence and care - ensuring they fully understand their service needs, building trust, and delivering an exceptional customer experience at every step.
- Greet customers, answer calls, and schedule appointments promptly and courteously.
- Review recommended repairs and services with customers to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Monitor upcoming inspection and maintenance schedules, proactively notifying customers when service is due.
- Knowledge of automotive technology and ability to communicate service needs clearly to customers and technicians.
