About the role
- As an UX Designer, you will lead a team of Product designers in modernizing the pharmacy dispensing system of RxConnect into the new RxiO.
- Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will collaborate with multiple departments to define and execute UX design strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- You will also coordinate user research and usability testing to validate design decisions for products and interfaces.
- In addition, you will provide direction, coaching, and development support to a team of UX designers as you help drive the evolution of the product experience.
- Creates wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Conducts competitive analysis and stays updated on industry trends to inform the evolution of UX design strategies.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring that business objectives are translated into effective UX design solutions.
- Communicates direction to a team of UX designers, providing guidance and support to facilitate the creation of intuitive and user-centered digital experiences.
- Directs activities, in coordination with product managers and developers, to ensure that UX designs are implemented accurately and meet the desired user experience.
- Drives the creation of information architecture and navigation systems to ensure logical and intuitive user experiences.
- Counsels and develops the skills of UX designers, providing feedback and coaching to support their professional growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading a Product Design Team.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with SaaS products.
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience (High School Diploma/GED + 4 years relevant experience).
Compensation
- The typical pay range for this role is:
- $130,295.00 - $260,590.00
- This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
- The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
- This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
