Responsibilities

- Be an expert on how Business development methodology way of working works and you apply it perfectly.
- Analyze results and identify your opportunities to achieve your targets (identify new trends in the city).
- Be a perfect buddy for new joiners due to your tools and Strategic Business development way of working methodology works
- At least, 2 years of experience in high-performance sales
- Previous work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment is preferred
- Experience in training and motivating a sales team is a plus
Compensation
- In this role you will drive new partners' sales in a high velocity sales environment delivering new partners business pipeline, closing deals, and quota against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
