Responsibilities
- In this role, you will perform the following day-to-day activities:
- Support Windows Endpoint Engineering efforts, including OS image creation, patching, and security hardening aligned with enterprise standards.
- Maintain and enhance Dell Wyse thin client infrastructure, including firmware updates, profile management, and connectivity to VDI platforms.
- Provide support for the End User Environment, resolving t echnical issues, helping with root cause analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement long-term solutions.
- Participate in design and code reviews for automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code deployments related to endpoint and VDI management.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure endpoint and VDI solutions meet compliance and security standards.
- Document engineering processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
- Engagement in meaningful daily work: You'll take ownership of engineering tasks and support initiatives that directly impact the end-user experience and infrastructure reliability.
- Focused skill development: This role is designed to deepen your expertise in endpoint, VDI, and fax infrastructure engineering.
- A collaborative team culture: You'll work closely with peers across IT, cybersecurity, and operations to deliver reliable and secure end-user services.
