- Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town.
- Our staff consists of locals, transplants, seasonal workers from all 50 states and international students from around the globe.
Responsibilities
- Maintain rental equipment, including cleaning, inspection, and proper storage
- Maintain awareness of emergency procedures and assist in response situations as needed
- Complete and maintain proper documentation, including liability waivers and incident reporting
- Support daily setup and breakdown of rental operations
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Current CPR and First Aid certification required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry paddleboards and equipment
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Schedule includes weekends, holidays, and peak summer periods
- Summer 2026
- $20.00 per hour
Nice to have
- Prior paddleboarding, boating, or outdoor recreation experience preferred
