Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, install, and commission electrical equipment such as PLCs, instrumentation, motor control centers, motors, switchgear, VFD's, MOV's, HVAC's and other electrical equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Provide Electrical support and maintenance to ensure system reliability.
Providing on-call support during non-business hours for emergency response and maintenance break-ins

Candidate must be a ticketed Electrical Journey Person.
Completing all written and electronic records (i.e. work orders, maintenance reports, calibration sheets, time entry, material requests, drawings) required to document the work in progress and as it is completed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

Minimum High School graduate.
5-10 years prior gas plant, refinery, pipeline or oilfield experience.
PLC experience would be considered a definite asset.
Basic computer skills with knowledge of MS Word / Excel, E-mail and Maximo.
Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and optimization skills are required.
Self-motivated and energetic with effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with a variety of individuals in a busy field environment.
Cleared criminal history (background) and satisfactory reference checks.
Compliance with the Company's drug and alcohol policy including pre-employment D&A testing.
Permanent residency within a 100 km radius of Rainbow Lake is a condition of employment.
A valid Driver's License is a condition of employment.
