Job Description Our Senior Strategic Planning and Operations Consultant acts as a bridge between our strategy, long-term goals and day-to-day operational execution, ensuring our strategic intent is translated into outcomes & impact.

Ensure strategic priorities are consistently translated into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
Feed insights from operational execution & report back into strategic planning and goal setting
Act as a thought leader, driving new, innovative approaches with respect to how ATS defines, executes against & reports on progress towards strategic priorities
4 or more years of experience (Preferred)
This job does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation offered for this role is 70,100.00 - 121,475.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
This policy applies to all aspects of the employment relationship, including, but not limited to, hiring, training, salary administration, promotion, job assignment, benefits, discipline, and separation of employment.
