Responsibilities
- Overview As a Senior IT Project Manager - Retail Energy you will lead and oversee complex IT projects within the energy sector.
- Your role will involve strategic planning, execution, and delivery of projects that support the company's energy initiatives.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation following project governance standards for the company. ·
- Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of financial resources. ·
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals. ·
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. ·
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems. ·
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. ·
- Ability to handle conflicting demands, prioritize workload, and effectively delegate while maintaining high-quality standards. ·
Nice to have
- 10+ years of experience in software development, application, and data architecture, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
- Plus, 3+ years of Retail Energy Experience. ·
