Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily building inspections to ensure the facility is clean, safe, organized, and operating efficiently.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA and fire safety standards by ensuring workspaces remain hazard-free and well-maintained.
  • Maintain vendor records, service contracts, and project documentation.
  • Process invoices accurately, route them for approval, and maintain financial records.
  • Support office relocations, departmental moves, renovations, and workplace reconfigurations.
  • Perform light maintenance and general handyman tasks, including furniture assembly, hanging artwork, moving office furniture, repairing desks and chairs, and lifting or unloading supplies.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and follow through on solutions.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving furniture, assembling office equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in facilities, workplace services, office management, project coordination, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
