About the role
- Concept Plus is seeking a Video Production Specialist to provide technical and creative support to the customer's Video Services team.
Responsibilities
- Support video and multimedia projects from planning through final delivery, including filming, editing, and post-production tasks.
- Perform non-linear editing using professional software platforms.
- Maintain, track, and service production equipment and inventory.

- About the role Concept Plus is seeking a Video Production Specialist to provide technical and creative support to the customer's Video Services team.
- This position is responsible for operating production systems, executing video projects, and ensuring high-quality delivery of audiovisual products in support of mission requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in video production, multimedia support, or a similar technical role Experience with professional non-linear editing systems (e.g., Final Cut, AVID).
- Working knowledge of studio/field lighting, chroma key, staging, and basic script development.
- Familiarity with MAC/PC systems, networked environments, and common media production workflows.
- Ability to lift and move production equipment.
- Required Qualifications US Citizen Ability to obtain and/or maintain a government clearance.
Nice to have
- Associate degree in a related technical field preferred.
