About the role

Capco is looking for a Consultant, Data Validation to join our Technology & Engineering practice in Toronto.
Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you will help ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of critical business data, enabling successful technology delivery and informed decision-making.

Validate, analyse, and reconcile large and complex datasets to identify data quality issues and inconsistencies.
Investigate data anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and recommend practical solutions.
Produce clear documentation, reports, and insights that support project delivery and client outcomes.

AI is used as a support tool only.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex data issues.
Experience working with large datasets and performing data validation and analysis.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience within financial services or consulting is advantageous.
Working knowledge of Python for data analysis or automation.
Experience using SQL or other data querying tools.
Experience supporting technology transformation or data migration initiatives.
Familiarity with Agile delivery environments.

The salary range for this position is listed below.
Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.
