This role, with a focus on designing and deploying AI agent skills within our 'Ask Albert' agentic platform, will play a key part in turning customer workflow discovery into scalable, monetizable agentic products that

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of agent skills - from problem discovery and prototype validation through operational adoption and transition into generally available, monetizable capabilities.
  • Execution & Collaboration Design, build, test, and iterate on AI agent skills directly - applying Albert's agentic platform capabilities, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and tool integrations to real customer problems.
  • Partner closely with Forward Deployed Scientists, Engagement Managers, and Delivery teams to ground agent skill development in real deployment experience and customer context.
  • Hands-on experience building or deploying AI agents, copilots, or assistants - including prompt engineering, tool use, evaluation, and iterative refinement.
  • Comfort prototyping solutions directly - you validate ideas by building them, not just describing them.
  • Key competencies Systems Thinking: Ability to visualize and design how AI agent systems connect, share data, and enable valuable customer outcomes at scale.
  • Leadership: Ability to drive agent skill initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversight, aligning cross-functional teams to shared outcomes.

  • Contribute to establishing the patterns, playbooks, and evaluation standards for Agents as one of Albert's earliest Agent PMs.
  • You will have 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping AI-powered products in a high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional customer discovery skills, ability to map workflows, and surface unspoken pain points.
  • Experience in vertical SaaS or enterprise software
  • familiarity with R&D or science-adjacent workflows is a plus.
