Chemours is seeking an Asset Reliability Manager to join our growing Chemours Thermal and Specialized Solutions team!
This position will report directly to the Maintenance & Reliability Manager at our Corpus Christi plant located in Ingleside, TX.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 7+ years of relevant industrial experience
10+ years of operations or maintenance experience with leadership responsibility
Experience leading reliability programs
Strong knowledge of RCA, FMEA, and predictive maintenance

Knowledge of API, ASME, NFPA, NEC, and ISA standards
Project or program management experience
SAP PM and Finance knowledge
Familiarity with RAGAGEP and safety instrumented systems
Experience applying Lean methodologies to maintenance processes and supporting the implementation of business systems
The incentive pay is dependent on business results and individual performance and subject to the terms and conditions of the specific plans.
Experience with CMMS systems (SAP preferred)

$132,370.00 - $206,829.00
