Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a robust network to identify, attract, and sign world-class entrepreneurs before they enter the traditional venture pipeline.
  • Lead the end-to-end co-ideation and diligence process, serving as the primary interface between portfolio founders and Redesign's strategic platform.
  • Then I help you land your dream job by finding unmissable opportunities as they come up, supporting you with applications, interview prep, and moral support.
