Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of the mechanical machine design team
Manage workload allocation and optimize resource utilization
Drive talent management, coaching, and professional development
Lead recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts
Plan, develop, and direct engineering projects
Apply advanced theories and develop innovative solutions to technical challenges
Create and maintain design standards and engineering calculations
Participate in client meetings and internal design reviews

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related engineering discipline
More than 5 years working with SolidWorks

Range: The base salary range for this position is $94,203.70 - $141,304.60 per year.
This range represents the Company's good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting.
Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to proven experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans.

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer, Machine Design Team Lead to join our team in Rochester, NY.
You'll serve as the day-to-day manager of our mechanical machine design team while driving complex projects from concept through completion.
