Responsibilities
- Perform initial setup and ongoing maintenance of all vendor accounts.
- Access support for travel and commuting needs, where available
Requirements
- Review and approve new supplier requests, checking questionnaires, required tax forms (W-9s), and bank details for electronic payments.
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounts payable is not required but highly beneficial.
Nice to have
- High school diploma required, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
Skills
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, problem-solving, communication, data entry, and time management.

Compensation

- Base salary range: $45-50K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
