About the role
- Process Operator - Materials & Inventory
- As a Process Operator - Materials & Inventory, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient flow of materials throughout the manufacturing operation.
- This combines the responsibilities from both existing warehouse and inventory control roles.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counting, SAP transactions, material reconciliation, discrepancy investigation, and timely inventory movements to support production.
- Elanco may use automated tools, including AI, to support parts of our recruitment process, such as reviewing applications against job‑related criteria and/or transferrable skills.
Requirements
- Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, process receipts and shipments, prepare required documentation, and partner with the Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate material orders.
- What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications)
- Required Experience: Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
- Minimal overtime required.
Skills
- Experience in a GMP or regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience using SAP or other enterprise inventory management systems.
- Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations.
