About the role
- As a Client Services Director, you'll provide strategic leadership for a key global client account spanning Medical Affairs and Publications.
- You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, overseeing the successful delivery of integrated scientific communications programs while ensuring exceptional client service, operational excellence, and commercial performance.
- Oversee account financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, profitability, resource planning, and identifying opportunities for organic growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and confidently navigating complex business conversations.
- Partner with Scientific Services, Editorial, Digital, Creative, and Operations teams to develop and deliver high-quality scientific communications aligned with client objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop Client Services team members, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, improving delivery processes, and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across the account.
- Support business development through proposals, strategic planning, and identifying opportunities to expand the client partnership.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support broader business initiatives, resource planning, and the continued evolution of our client services offering.

Compensation
- $145,000 - $185,000 USD
- The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.
