Responsibilities

  • Record invoices and support the order-to-pay cycle
  • Support treasury activities as needed
  • Assist in preparing audit support and responding to auditor requests
  • Support system implementations and upgrades, including accounting and finance ERPs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience; public accounting/PCAOB experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with a hands-on, proactive approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • Global offsites and team outings
  • public accounting/PCAOB experience preferred
  • CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
  • Experience supporting financial reporting and close cycles preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Experience in SaaS, software, or financial services environments preferred
  • Familiarity with IFRS, COSO, and SOX frameworks preferred
  • Experience with accounting/finance ERP systems preferred

Compensation

  • A lunch credit of $25 USD towards lunches for days in-office
