As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you'll sit at the center of some of our most complex, highest-impact customer relationships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with CDOs, CIOs, Heads of Data, AI leads, and hands-on practitioners across the org.
Own the customer journey end to end - from onboarding and adoption through renewals and expansion - driving long-term success.
