About the role

Responsibilities
- Daily touchpoints with line associates to support the Equipment Owner (EO) program.
- Support timely resolution of issues on the line, demonstrating servant leadership and adhering to BD Values.
- Shift Supervisor leads manufacturing operations by overseeing and mentoring production teams, supporting other supervisors, and driving operational performance.
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree - Science, Industrial management, Business, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- 6pm-6am rotating 12s A shift Required: High School Diploma/GED Preferred: BA/BS Degree - Science, Industrial management, Business, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
