The role combines financial acumen with operational insight and a deep understanding of how AI, automation, and analytics transform business performance and decision-making.
This is a high-visibility role shaping the future of Flow's largest operating business.

Serve as the lead finance partner to the Business Lead for Flag Business (Property Management).
Provide financial and operational insights to support strategic decisions, growth, and efficiency.
Support acquisitions, market expansion, and new service offerings through financial analysis and scenario modeling.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly financial reviews for the Flag Business platform.
Build operational and financial models for performance drivers, labor efficiency, customer retention, occupancy, margins, and growth.
Deliver variance analysis and recommendations to improve business performance.
Drive forecasting accuracy and business visibility through real-time analytics.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.

About the Role Flow is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Finance to support our Flag Business, the company's core Property Management platform.
This role is the primary finance partner to the Business Lead of Flag Business and reports directly to the CFO.
You will operate as an embedded business partner within the Property Management organization, driving operational performance, profitability, scalability, and growth.
