Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining loan pipelines and providing status updates to borrowers, builders, and internal partners.
- Support the closing and funding process by sending closing documents, tracking signatures, and following up on outstanding requirements.
- Review signed closing documents and identify missing items or discrepancies for resolution.
- Maintain regular follow-up on document signatures, funding conditions, and loan status updates to support timely funding.
- Learn and understand all closing documents, workflows, policies, and funding procedures.
- Support funding preparation and communicate clearly and accurately with Accounting and other internal departments as directed.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Closing Specialists or Closing Manager.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with borrowers, builders, and team members to support a positive customer and team experience
Requirements
- Obtain verifications of employment, address verifications, and other required borrower documentation.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) or two years consistent work history is required
