High School Diploma completed Bilingual French/English (oral and written) is considered an asset Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Solid time management and organizational skills, with an ability to meet or exceed individual/team targets.
Gain valuable knowledge from and experience with diverse, caring colleagues around the world.
Monitor the triage queue in Reflex to ensure that cases requiring manual prioritization are identified and reprioritized as required.
Assign mail received to the appropriate pending applications, within the required turn around time.

$50,900.00 - $63,600.00 Annual Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location.
In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan.
