About the role

  • As we continue to expand our reach, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to help advance our strategic business development goals.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions, including maintaining vendor files, payment history, and supporting documentation for tax and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate accruals, month-end closing, and financial reporting related to accounts payable

Requirements

  • Knighted is a leader in gaming and entertainment, built on 30 years of experience and a people-first mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Excel (including knowledge of pivot tables, v-lookups, and other key analytical techniques)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of NetSuite preferred
