About the role
- Integration: Responsible for Avionics Integration services to include management of integration staff, coordination of certification with engineering and development of customer proposals to ensure acceptable profitability and risk management.
- Provide technical assistance to all company customers and employees.
- Service: Responsible for avionics installation and line services to include management of production staff, coordination of certification with engineering and development of customer proposals to ensure acceptable profitability and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Work with sales team to develop customer proposals
- Deliver projects on schedule and on budget
- Maintain a positive work environment by facilitating open communication with staff and leadership team
- Manage resource levels to match scheduled workload. Cross utilize team as needed.
