About the role

- Conduct assessments, reassessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and therapeutic services within the scope of licensure.
- Provide individual, family, and group interventions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Practice & Service Delivery Maintain a reduced clinical caseload consistent with program expectations.
- Support continuity of care through referrals, care coordination, and service transitions.
- Support access to care and timely service delivery for assigned patient populations.
- Clinical Leadership & Staff Support Serve as a clinical resource for staff regarding patient care concerns, documentation requirements, workflow processes, and program standards.
Requirements
- Experience mentoring, training, onboarding, or providing clinical consultation to staff.
- Arizona Level I Fingerprint Clearance Card when required by law or program.
- Failure to obtain or maintain required credentials, clearances, or compliance requirements may impact eligibility for employment or continued assignment in the role.
Nice to have
- Advanced training in leadership, supervision, integrated care, quality improvement, or evidence-based practices.
- Experience within the assigned specialty population or service line.
