  • In this role, you will build toward credit approval and closing individual mortgage loans collateralized by multifamily.
  • Develop resolutions to problems of limited scope following specific and detailed procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline or comparable amount of directly relevant professional experience.
  • Typically has 0 to 2 years of related professional experience, preferably in multifamily or commercial real estate finance.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Employees exercise this responsibility by executing against policies and procedures and adhering to privacy & security obligations as required via training programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Position requires travel.

Compensation

  • This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $76,000 - $114,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
