About the role
- This role serves as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for the Non-Dispensing Pharmacy.
- This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory and operational efficiency regarding non-dispensing operations in the NCNDP.
- This is a fully onsite position in Addison, TX.
Responsibilities

- Lead in additional state pharmacy licenses and P&P generation for pharmacy to convert to dispensing operations, if necessary.
- Lead in creation of pharmacy technician training program.
- Lead in the training and development of pharmacy support technicians.
- Engage in relevant clinical programs to ensure positive patient outcomes and successful support of partner programs.
- Engage in direct patient counseling and interventions to support clinical programs.
Requirements
- The Supervising Pharmacist will be required to pursue and obtain pharmacy licenses for states across the US.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Required to obtain licensure in required states as redundancy for pharmacy as a whole.
Compensation
- The annual range for this position is $135,000 - $150,000, based on experience and qualifications, with the final offer reflecting skills and other job-related factors.
