Responsibilities
- We manage our in-house.
- Manage calendar, schedule tours, and conduct showings
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance to maintain high occupancy
- Note: Because this position manages rental on behalf of Birgo, team members may not concurrently engage in outside real estate sales, leasing, or property management activity.
Nice to have
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents
- Lease market-rate apartments according to Fair Housing standards
- Process rental applications quickly and accurately
- Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized service during the move-in process
- Verify all move-ins are fully completed, inspected, and documented
- Monitor listing postings and advertisements
- Escalate resident concerns to the Property Manager
- Other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Compensation
- On-target earnings range from $46,000 to $70,000+ annually (comprising an $18+ hourly base + uncapped commissions ).
