- This position is accountable for preparing and maintaining surgical instruments, supporting the surgical team, and coordinating patient care while maintaining confidentiality, patient rights, and sterile technique.

Responsibilities
- Surgical & Clinical Support Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and operative team while maintaining sterile technique and patient comfort Assist surgeons in a knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous manner Prepare, organize, and maintain instruments and equipment using procedure preference cards Participate in updating surgeon preference cards as needed Inspect instruments and power equipment before use
