About the role

The ideal candidate brings a strong engineering foundation-preferably in RF technologies -and proven success managing cross-functional teams through the full program lifecycle.
This role requires a balance of technical insight, leadership, and disciplined program execution to meet customer, schedule, and profitability objectives.

Lead and manage programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with contract and company goals.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking performance against key milestones.
Drive process improvements and promote best practices in program execution and communication.
Lead preparation of customer proposals and internal authorization packages, coordinating statements of work, cost estimates, and schedules.
Coordinate design and manufacturing reviews to ensure design-to-cost, manufacturability, and profitability objectives are met.

3+ years of experience in a technical or engineering program management role.
Active or eligible for U.S. security clearance (required).
RF design and test experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success managing complex technical programs within aerospace or defense environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Work Environment:
This role follows a 4-day, 10-hour workweek in our Philadelphia manufacturing facility.
