About the role
- Contribute to maintaining a centralized insights repository and market research knowledge library.
- Stay current on market research methodologies and industry best practices.
- 3-5+ years of market research experience, preferably within pharmaceutical or biotech organizations
Responsibilities
- The Senior Specialist translates research findings into actionable insights that help drive informed business decisions.
- Support the planning and execution of qualitative and quantitative market research initiatives for in-line brands and pipeline assets.
- Manage day-to-day execution of market research projects, including RFP development, vendor coordination, study logistics, timeline management, and project tracking.
- Partner with external vendors to ensure high-quality research execution, on-time delivery, and adherence to project objectives.
- Analyze research findings and develop clear, concise reports and presentations that communicate actionable customer insights.
- Present research findings to cross-functional teams and support discussions around business implications.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing, forecasting, analytics, and other cross-functional partners to integrate customer insights into business planning.
- Partner with media agencies to evaluate DTC and communication performance and summarize key optimization opportunities.

Requirements
- This position requires the ability to travel independently overnight and/or work after hours as required by travel schedules or business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field
- Familiarity with secondary market research and competitive intelligence resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Compensation
- $94,000 - $126,100 USD
