Responsibilities

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • As you develop your skills and expertise, there will also be opportunities for future leadership roles within the organization, allowing you to take on greater responsibilities and influence within the team.
  • In the first 30 days, you will complete training and onboarding, handle simple tasks with support, and start building relationships with your team.
  • In days 61-90, you will manage a variety of tasks, proactively contribute ideas, focus on the quality of your work, and seek ongoing feedback for continuous development.
  • You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions.

Requirements

  • If you have a whole lot of hustle and a touch of nerd, come work with Pattern!
  • 1-2 years' experience with the Amazon.com marketplace platform or 1-2 years' experience working in the regulatory compliance field
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with MAP/MSRP compliance enforcement

Compensation

  • Pattern matches 100% of the first 3% in eligible compensation deferred and 50% of the next 2% in eligible compensation deferred.
