Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of personal trust and investment agency accounts, ensuring high-quality client service and retention.
- Drive new business development through referrals, centers of influence, and proactive prospecting.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and partner with internal teams to deliver holistic financial solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using Salesforce and other tools.
- Review and administer trust and estate documents to ensure compliance with fiduciary, legal, and tax requirements.
- Coordinate with external advisors (attorneys, CPAs) to support comprehensive client planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of client management experience in financial or investment services
- 10+ years of success in business development and trust or wealth management sales
- Strong knowledge of estate planning, fiduciary administration, taxes, and investment management
