Responsibilities

  • The Compliance Specialist, Immigration and Regulatory is a key stakeholder in our efforts to support the Company's internal immigration strategy and mitigate regulatory risk.
  • This role is responsible for facilitating the Company's immigration program, serving as the bridge between outside immigration support vendors, leadership, and individuals in compiling, filing and tracking immigration applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree - Business, Master's Degree - Business
  • Serve as internal expert on I-9 compliance, conducting internal I-9 audits, coordinate and deliver training on I-9 completion as required,.
