About the role

Headquartered in Singapore, Bitdeer operates globally with a diversified 3 GW energy portfolio, and deploys Bitcoin mining and HPC datacenters in the United States, Bhutan, Norway, Canada, Malaysia, and Ethiopia.
Analyze financial performance against budgets/forecasts and provide variance explanations.

Partner with BU heads to build commercially sound cases for new project development Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including transferring CIP (Construction in Progress) to Fixed Assets (FA), fixed asset counting, and maintaining accrual schedules.
Liaise with banks and financial institutions to manage credit lines, loans, deposits, and settlement services.
Ensure timely forwarding of relevant documents to the Group Tax team for further action.

FP&A: Assist the business team in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models (as required).
Assist in internal and external audits as required.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Accounting/FP&A certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) or progress toward certification is a strong plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modelling).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
