  • This position requires strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • This position reports to the Customer Success Manager.
  • Duties and Responsibilities RMA Processing & Product Handling Track and prioritize incoming assemblies and finished goods for testing and repair to meet turnaround expectations.
  • Properly receive, handle, and log returned products to ensure traceability and accuracy.
  • Clean assemblies and components using approved methods to prepare for testing and evaluation.
  • Testing, Diagnosis & Repair Execute functional and electrical testing on electronic assemblies and finished goods using standard test equipment.
