About the role

  • Role Summary: The Account Executive will play a key role in expanding Charter Impact's footprint in new and existing markets, specifically with charter schools and select nonprofit organizations.
  • This is an individual quota carrying and full-cycle sales role focused on prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Own a defined multi-state territory, focused on charter schools and select nonprofits in expansion markets
  • Respond to RFPs, design solutions/scopes of work, create proposals, lead demos, and present to boards for final approval
  • Drive strategic and insights-driven conversations with school leaders, boards, and decision-makers. Act as a trusted partner
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts throughout the deal process
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach and opportunities in CRM (HubSpot)

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will navigate a 60-90 day sales cycle, engaging with senior leaders and boards, and quarterbacking deals by collaborating with internal experts and guiding external stakeholders.
