About the role
- You will direct our network of field technicians over the phone in troubleshooting, identifying, and resolving problems.
- Along with the information you discover during the phone call, you will reference previous case notes and historical data charts showing voltage, current, temperature, and relay states.
- This position is perfect for someone with hardware troubleshooting expertise who now seeks to leverage their skills in an office environment, providing expert guidance and solutions remotely.

- Required: Fluency in French, both written and verbal

- As a Hardware Support Specialist at LVT, you will work on a small team of high-performing individuals who are experts at troubleshooting the mechanical and electrical components of our product.
- This role is ideal for those who have a background in trades such as automotive repair, the electrical field, or large home system installations, where hands-on experience with multimeters and battery troubleshooting is crucial.
- This particular position also requires registering with the state of Utah as an Alarm Agent.
- This process includes a federal background check/fingerprinting and an application.
- This is separate from the background check you would complete for general employment eligibility at LVT.
- Diagnose electrical issues using voltage, current, temperature, and relay-state charts
