- Timmons Group is currently seeking a Survey Technician/Senior Survey Technician to join our Survey Group located in our Raleigh, NC office location.

Requirements
- Bachelor or Associate degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Geography, Geospatial Information Sciences or related field or a minimum of three years of progressive survey field experience
- Ability to read deed descriptions, title reports, zoning reports, survey plats, DOT plans, engineering drawings, and aerial topographic mapping
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as trigonometry and geometry
Nice to have
- Experience working with GPS and 3D laser scanning a plus
