Responsibilities

  • Lead Tentpole Event Franchises
  • Own end-to-end production for a portfolio of event franchises
  • Lead the execution of large-scale cultural, entertainment, luxury, and editorially driven experiences
  • Drive event strategy and execution from initial conception through post-event wrap and reporting
  • Partner closely with Editorial, Revenue, and Marketing teams in the earliest stages of development to shape event concepts, formats, and audience strategy
  • Bring a strong point of view to experiential storytelling, guest experience, production design, and programming flow
  • Develop event concepts and guest experiences that are cohesive, audience-centered, and executable at the highest level
  • Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver polished, high-touch experiences at the highest level of execution
  • Create clear scopes of work, production plans, and cross-functional alignment to ensure seamless execution across internal teams and external partners
  • Collaborate Across the Events Studio

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience producing large-scale events, experiential campaigns, festivals, media events, or luxury brand experiences

Compensation

  • The expected base salary range for this position is from $113,000 - $135,000.
